Returns + Refunds

Returns:

All sales are treated as final.  

BEDLAM will happily honour any valid defect claims, provided a claim is submitted within 2 days of receipt of items.


Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

You have 2 calendar days to send a request for a return for an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All purchases during Sale are final. 

Sale items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Only in case of a manufacturing defect, we can process a return. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if processed. 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A restocking and shipping fee will be charged. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Cancellations
Orders placed need to be cancelled in the next 12 hours of placing it. If the order has been processed, a cancellation won’t be possible. 

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Refund charges will be applied on case by case basis. 10-12% on order value is applicable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@bedlam.store and we will be in touch with instructions.  No exchange on Monogram sheets  

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

There are no returns due to color variances. Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the product

 
Custom Orders

No discounts on custom orders . Customisation charges will be applied.  No exchange or return on custom orders  

 

Shipping

Our logistics partner will be in touch with you regarding delivery and returns.Return shipping costs will be incurred by Bedlam if there is a manufacturing defect. All sales are treated as final so if customer refuses the package, Bedlam won’t be responsible once we have fulfilled the order.
