Frequently Asked Questions

Are BEDLAM’s customised towels soft and long-lasting?

Absolutely! BEDLAM’s customised towels are made from high-grade, ultra-soft cotton, so they’re plush, absorbent, and feel luxe to the touch. The quality cotton and dense weave mean your monogram towels will stay fluffy and absorbent after many washes—no scratchy, flattened-out towels here. Plus, the embroidery for your chosen initials or name is done with precision and durability in mind, so your personalised bath towels will look sharp and stylish for ages.

What customization options can I choose for my monogrammed towel?

You have plenty of ways to make your BEDLAM luxury towel truly yours! Choose from hand towels, bath towels, face towels, or towel sets in classic white or vibrant colors. Then, personalize with your choice of name or initials, finished in high-quality embroidery with contrasting threads for a striking effect. Just select your preferred towel size, color, and thread choice, then enter the name or initials you’d like to appear—and our team will handle the rest!

How do I care for my personalised bath towels to keep them looking and feeling great?

Wash your BEDLAM towels before first use, then machine wash at up to 60°C with like colours. Skip fabric softener and bleach, which reduce absorbency, and tumble dry at normal temperature or hang to dry. The embroidery and premium cotton are made to withstand regular washing, so your monogrammed towels stay plush and your initials stay crisp, wash after wash

How long does it take to receive my custom towel order, and can I get them in time for a special occasion?

We know personalised gifts often need to arrive on time! At BEDLAM, most customised towel orders are made and shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method at checkout, but we always aim for a quick turnaround. If you need your monogram towels for a special event, let us know and our team will do its best to meet your timeline!

Are BEDLAM’s monogrammed towels a good gift, and do you offer gift packaging?

BEDLAM’s monogrammed towels make the perfect luxury gift for weddings, housewarmings, birthdays, or any special occasion! You can personalize them with a loved one’s initials or name for a truly thoughtful touch. Our towels are beautifully designed, plush, and come neatly folded in a nice dustbag. Just select 'gift bag' at checkout, and we’ll make sure your personalised towels arrive ready to impress.
