Percale is matte, crisp and sleeps cool. Sateen has a light sheen and a silkier, heavier drape. If you sleep warm, choose percale.
Percale is a plain weave, and a plain weave stops breathing well beyond a certain density. 400 is where it’s dense and durable while still sleeping cool. Very high thread counts belong to sateen.
Crisp at first, with a cool, matte hand. Because we never treat it chemically for softness, it softens naturally with every wash while keeping its crispness.
King and queen as standard, as flat or fitted sheets. Single, double, super king or any other size, for any mattress depth, is made to measure.

Our 400 TC percale is the sheet hotels use: a plain, one-over-one-under weave in long-staple cotton, matte and crisp to the touch, and cool enough for warm sleepers. It’s never chemically softened, so it softens with washing and keeps its crispness for years.
Choose white, ivory or grey, plain or with piped and coloured borders. Every set includes a flat or fitted sheet in king or queen and two pillowcases, and any size is made to order. Pair it with our percale duvet covers, or a throw at the foot of the bed, for the full hotel look.
